Dolores works in the position of Office manager for Dillon Marshall. She has been with the company for a number of years and oversees all office-related duties including marketing, advertising and administration. She is also responsible for customer support and looks after all inbound enquiries both from landlords and tenants and communicates with our field staff on a daily basis. Dolores’ job is very hands on and she co-ordinates her efforts to a large extent with those of our property sales and letting managers.
Dolores has a wealth of experience in management having worked in retail for over 15 years prior to joining Dillon Marshall. She worked as a section manager for a large department store where she headed up a team of customer service operatives. This experience has served her well in her job at Dillon Marshall which requires a highly customer-driven, organised and focused individual.
